This remedy works wonders in respiratory troubles but also checks digestive and immune system, Let us first understand the composition:

  1. Misri (crystallized sugar lumps)
  2. Vanshlochan
  3. Piper Longum – Long Pepper (Pippali)
  4. Elettaria Cardamomum – Green Cardamom (Elaichi)
  5. Cinnamomum Zeylanicum – Cinnamon – Dalchini

Sitopaladi is mainly made up of these 5 herbs, so for better understanding, let’s see the benefits or say core value that the herb provides
