Monsoon is the most beautiful season which pumps all greeneries and cleanliness to the nature and makes it livelier. Monsoon also brings some ailments along, according to Ayurveda ;in rainy season there is a aggravation of Pitta which is the functional energy of our body and is predominantly fire element and is responsible for our metabolism and digestion and hence in rainy season the digestion tends to become weak.
